What we do
What we fix
Virus and malware removal
Clean the machine, close the way in, and check that your accounts weren’t touched.
Slow computers
Find what is dragging it down: startup clutter, a failing drive, too little memory. Upgrade to an SSD or add RAM when it makes sense.
Hardware repair
Screens, keyboards, charging ports, fans, batteries, and drives, in laptops and desktops.
Software and update problems
Windows and macOS errors, failed updates, programs that crash, and clean reinstalls.
Data backup and recovery
Copy off what can be saved from a failing drive, then set up a backup so it doesn’t happen twice.
Wi-Fi and printer troubleshooting
Dropped connections, dead zones, and printers that won’t print, the problems that turn up beside the computer.
New computer setup
Move your files, set up email and accounts, and remove the trial software nobody asked for.
Repair or replace advice
If a fix costs close to a new machine, we will tell you.

Who it’s for
At home
Family computers, home offices, students, and anyone whose laptop just stopped.
For your business
Office machines, point-of-sale computers, and workstations where downtime costs money.
Questions
Common questions
How much will it cost?
Repairs are quoted after we diagnose the problem, so you know the price before work starts. Request a quote and tell us what the computer is doing.
Will I lose my files?
We protect your data first. If a drive is failing, we tell you before doing anything that could make it worse.
Is an older computer worth repairing?
Often, yes. A new SSD or more memory can change a lot. If the repair costs close to a replacement, we will say so.
